You’ll provide valuable insights to clients and serve as the lead on new projects and programs while serving as a mentor to junior members of the team.

At the core of a Senior Data Strategist is a person who is curious and inquisitive about everything around them. It is a person who enjoys digging into the numbers and research to get to the root of problem, rather than being satisfied by a surface level understanding. While it’s important that you can present the intricacies of the numbers, you can—above all—communicate the story behind the numbers, the implications on the client’s business and give clear, actionable steps as to how the data will supports the proposed next steps.

While you have experience working across different platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst/Omniture), and conducting analysis using a variety of tools (e.g., Excel, SQL Databases), you are always looking to expand your understanding to new tools and new forms of analysis.

You also have a desire to mentor or coach junior team members while always striving to grow your own skills. You are comfortable giving meaningful feedback as well as receiving it.

Technical Skills

  • Competitive salary (compensation will be based on experience)
  • Full Medical, Dental, and Long Term Disability Insurance
  • 401K
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic, fast paced work environment with a lot of great people who love what they do
