8 App was a project, not merely a website that came with a tremendous amount of collaboration and a continuous site feedback loop. We generated the brand identity for 8 App, designed its brand elements, created videos, mockups, and presentations to be used during investor meetings and for marketing purposes. The website was given a predominantly blue color scheme signifying communication, positivity, and efficiency and also paying homage to what the app does. Its purple undertones infer knowledge and wisdom, a nod to its Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning core. The palette is a considered a symbolic representation of the different parts of the app. The 8 App website was developed with an emphasis on its informative role and its goal of encouraging people to download the app. 8 App aggregates over 1,000 apps, and the technologies the app used were all displayed and easy to navigate. We developed a unique call-to-action strategy that would encourage users to download the app, and we succeeded in the development of a simplified explanation of a complex and high-tech app.
